Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Certain qualifying memberships may include a Point Guarantee™, such as the 1000-Point Guarantee™, 2500-Point Guarantee™, or 3500-Point Guarantee™, when expressly stated at the time of purchase. Outside of any applicable written guarantee, all sales, membership fees, digital products, recordings, trainings, and educational resources are generally final once access has been granted, delivered, viewed, downloaded, or made available.

Students are responsible for canceling recurring subscriptions before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically create a refund for payments already processed.

By purchasing any SDEFX University™ product, membership, webinar upgrade, recording, digital resource, or service, you agree to the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
