The applicable Point Guarantee™ covers your initial thirty (30) days of qualifying membership access, beginning on the date your membership is activated after enrollment and verification.

During this period, SDEFX University™ tracks the qualifying and verifiable setup opportunities provided through Signals With Guidance™. Unless different written terms are expressly stated at checkout, the guarantee applies only to this initial 30-day period and does not automatically renew with future billing cycles.

You remain solely responsible for deciding whether a setup is appropriate for you based on your experience, risk tolerance, account size, schedule, and trading plan. New students are encouraged to study the guidance and practice on a demo account while developing competence, discipline, and confidence.

To request a review under your applicable Point Guarantee™, email support@sodarneasyforex.com within seventy-two (72) hours after the end of your initial 30-day guarantee period.

SDEFX University™ will review the qualifying setup opportunities documented through Signals With Guidance™, including applicable Telegram logs, timestamps, setup records, and internal tracking documentation.

If the applicable point requirement was not met and all eligibility requirements were satisfied, an approved refund will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy. Requests submitted after the 72-hour deadline are not eligible under the Point Guarantee™, except where otherwise required by law.
